All our jewellery pieces are handmade in Sweden – something we are very transparent about as we believe it's important for people to know where their jewellery is coming from.
We always start with producing small quantities for each jewellery piece, meaning that we sell everything we produce. After that we produce by order. This helps reducing leftover jewellery waste every season.

Every SAGA MELINA piece has a history — from the relationship with the artisan, to the life of the wearer. We design each of our collections with the intention of creating pieces that can be passed down through generations. Our jewellery is all made by local artisans based in Sweden, with expertise in traditional methods of crafting jewellery by hand.

Returns
Returns and Exchanges
Not 100% satisfied with your recent SAGA MELINA purchase?
We are happy to accept returns and refund on items that are in original condition, within 14 days of receiving your order.We do not accept returns on jewellery unless they are still in their original packaging. Any product including the jewellery box you return must be in the same condition you received it.
Returned items must not be used, damaged or altered in any way, without scratches and in original packaging. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item/s will be sent back to you.
If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method.
The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. It’s a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning, and obtain proof of postage.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
If you would like to change your item for a different, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
